So simple but packs a punch. A firm favourite.

I borrowed this book from our local library and made this chicken recipe. It is very easy and delicious and I've made it a few times since when I've had a crowd - just increase quantities. One of my favourites!

Thanks Margaret for indexing and introducing this cafe! This is delicious, easy and very much worth trying. I used my tagine, and a whole chicken.. red chillies (not green).. fantastic!

Delightful to eat. Hubby couldn’t eat enough (no leftovers). The spice level is a bit high, it lingers on the back of the tongue but doesn’t get hotter, just flavourful. When I make it for my spice intolerant family members, I’ll be using 1/4 the amount called for. Served with a side of tzatziki and a crisp green salad.
