    I have to laugh when I am only one of two who owns this book and admits it. Honestly, I have not gone deep into this book BUT... the Believable Bacon recipe makes it ok that its the only recipe I've ever done out of it. When my vegetarian daughter comes home, this is THE treat for her. And anyone who has ever tried it wants the recipe. The trick is to really pre-press the tofu. It uses liquid smoke. How healthy is that stuff? oh well. My daughter will overlook the mystery because it's just that good.
