      exactly what it says on the tin, i usually use dried beans quick cooked in the instant pot and add a tablespoon of cocoa powder as well. works best with impossible ground or chipotle seitan

      I made this at Christmas for a gluten free guest, the rest of us are vegan. This was gobbled up, everyone loved it. I used Beyond “hamburger” for this and didn’t include the sausage that was in the recipe. 5 stars

      This was a little salty for my taste. I might try making this with coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. The texture was still wetter and squishier than pork, but I definitely preferred the mushrooms over jackfruit.
