      This was pretty decent and made a really filling lunch. I messed up the dressing by adding slightly more honey than was needed, but otherwise the flavours were good. Used butterbeans and they really added to the salad so wouldn't skip adding butter/cannelloni beans. Otherwise made as written and would make again as a good make ahead lunch.

      Best aloo gobi I have made so far. Used fresh tomatoes which I grated and the kept adding water so it did not catch on the bottom Served with Naan bread. A keeper!
