Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Lemon, rose & raspberry cake

    • meggan on November 02, 2020

This is really a very dense pound cake but a bit dry.

  • Tangzhong cat buns

    • verorenee on January 23, 2020

I really loved how fluffy these buns were so I decided to try them as a loaf, and it came out great! I shaped it like a milk bread and it fit in a 8x4 loaf. It was very tall would probably work in a 9x5 as well.
