Notes about Recipes in this book

  • ‘Green queen’ chicken

    • Detheria on May 07, 2025

My attempt at this didn't come out quite as green because I don't have a good blender, but it still tasted incredible. New potatoes as a side works really well.

  • Pulled crispy mushroom udon noodles

    • Eleanorconroy on June 23, 2025

This was a bit too intense, perhaps partly because I used 2 nests of egg noodles instead of udon. I might try it with half the amount of sauce next time and a bit of extra water to thin it down. I used 150g of ordinary oyster mushrooms because that's what was available, and they were really nice - much easier to shred by hand than with forks
