      Ingredient amounts are general (6 asian eggplants/2 large eggplants); 4 large onions.... be sure that you have more eggplant than onion! Also, I interpreted blend to mean put in food processor, not just stir up. I wish my finished product had a more eggplant than onion.... I've made better eggplant dishes.
