Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Miso chicken donburi

    • mjes on September 14, 2021

I am fond of donburi bowls. This quick version lacks the depth of some chicken parts recipe but it is still enjoyable and convenient.

  • Salmon-cucumber rice

    • sgump on May 28, 2015

I haven't made this simple and surprisingly delicious recipe in years, but a recipe for salmon fried rice that I just saw on Elise Bauer's blog made me think of it. Must make this recipe again soon.
