    Chocolate berry muffin recipe is spectacular - absolutely fail-safe and great for bringing to events. I prefer to use 1/2 c white chocolate chips and 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips. It's great for using up raspberries taht are either not quite ripe, or at the very tail end of their life when they are getting quite squishy. Whenever I bring this recipe anywhere, I'm asked for the recipe. It freezes nicely, but is definitely best on the first day.
