      Brilliant dish! I will never again need to rely on freezer fries; these quick to prepare sliced potatoes took less than a minute to get on the tray and into the oven, and the family loved them. Medium sized potatoes that fit neatly down the tube of the processor, unpeeled. Onto a pizza tray and into the oven. (for my own reference: set slicer to 4)
