      This book is a golden oldie with some great recipes. This was an easy and really tasty dish. I used frozen peas which were fine. the mint and cheese made the fritta really tasty. I was taking this to a Christmas drinks party so I served squares on good sourdough bread. it looked great and tasted even better.
