      This is a great reliable recipe that everyone who likes fresh Thai flavours loves. Have made it for friends who then make it for their friends. Easy to do easy dressing, go easy on garlic if they are large can always add more.

      I agree with KarenK super quick (no excuse for takeaways). Hubby loved it!!! healthy and i just used the leftover steak to make steak sandwiches for the kids as they won;t eat this...a win win for all...in about 15 mins!!! yay go Sohie Gray again!!!

      really easy nice weekday dinner, kids didn't complain too much either! Needs 4 x chorizo for us (same size as sausage and mild).
