    Tempura Sauce, page 181 - there is a definite mistake with this recipe. One of the ingredients is rice vinegar and it should be rice wine or sake. Not sure if this mistake was made by the author or during the editing stage.

    This book is fantastic. The vareniki on page 96 is my go to vareniki recipe for almost 30 years or so. Great tasting with salad with dry white wine.
