    If you make this as written, and with the pricy cut of beef that is recommended, you will have a divine red curry. But, adapt it to your pantry/budget, you will still have good results.

    Very good. Can use sriracha instead of horseradish if that is all I have.

    Very good. I use palm sugar which has it’s own taste and important to use correct rice
