    Potato, Chorizo and Cheese Tortilla, page 162. Really enjoyed this tortilla which has cumin, oregano and paprika flavours, I didn't add the olives, but would next time. Also, didn't have any tomatoes but would add at least 2 in future. I used a raw chorizo so fried it off with veg etc before layering up. I halved the recipe for 2 of us, could possibly use 4 eggs, as compared to other recipes of this type, it seemed short on egg.

      Can’t really go wrong here. A really good soup. My only complaint is the recipe doesn’t specify what size to cut the potatoes for the timings given.

      Easy store cupboard dinner. Use 2 tins tuna, 1 tin toms for 2 servings. Cream cheese in place of mascarpone. Very good.

      Tried a new sweet potato scone recipe and although they didn't really rise, the taste was good. There was plenty of baking powder in the recipe, so I suspect the dough should be about 4 - 5cm thick, not the 1cm recommended! Also, I used the 2nd size cutter, 4cm is not wide enough! What makes these is the blue cheese and onion marmalade filling. Use SR flour in future.
