People who like mayo (a.k.a. me) with their fries will probably love this sauce. This was fabulous with air fried fries and on black bean and lamb burgers. I used an entire jar of 16 oz roasted peppers. This made the dip a little thin, so I strained some of the liquid out via a fine sieve and added a dollop of mayo. I used the sun-dried tomatoes and ~3 tsp of garlic.
