Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Eli's clam chowder

    • Acarroll on September 11, 2022

Somehow this was inedible. Flavors of the salad were ok but fennel would have been better sliced. I don't know what happened but neither of us could eat more than a few bites.

  • Rick Bayless's queso fundido burgers

    • Acarroll on August 21, 2022

Unbelievably good, very rich. My husband was speechless. I used Impossible burgers to make it slightly healthier. The poblanos, guacamole, cheese, and chorizo really played off of each other in flavor and texture.
