    This tasted best within the first 24 hours of making it. I liked how crisp this salad was - similar to a coleslaw however without the creamy dressing (a small amount of lemon juice, olive oil and sugar instead). I used the raw onion which worked well (I was a bit apprehensive of it) and the optional caraway seeds. I will make again.

• Pork with caraway and onion (Pieczeń wieprzowa z kminkiem i cebulą)

    Very good. Recipe doesn’t instruct to make a gravy, but there was enough liquid to do so. The caraway wasn’t overpowering. I used pork shoulder because I can’t find pork neck here.
