    Fresh Corn Casserole pg.108. Make this with fresh corn from the farmers market. I use masa harina and half Monterey jack and half pepper jack. Also add in some crisp bacon and minced jalapeño.

    Ginger Cream Chicken pg.69. We really like this exactly as written. Served it with the curried rice recipe on pg.136.

    Steak in the Style of Budapest pg.53. Definitely make this a day or two ahead for the best flavor. I increased the red wine to 1/2 cup. Added some chopped chives at the end. Outstanding!
