    This is the Brazilian "Joy of Cooking" -- a massive volume that's been the mainstay of Brazilian cooks for years! It's in Portuguese, but maybe someday there will be an English translation. It's only rival is the equally huge book by the editors of "Claudia" magazine in Brazil. Between the two you can cover the gamut of Brazil's incredibly varied cooking. Highly recommended if you can read the Portuguese!
