    This pie is long in the preparation but certainly delicious. I tossed the left over roast chicken bones and carcass into a pot to make equally delicious stock.

    A quick and easy store cupboard weeknight pasta! And light too. Cooked my pasta in chicken stock (I use my steamer, which (to my delight) does a marvellous job)

    Excellent way to use up bananas, even without the chia seeds. Love the inclusion of cardamom among the spices.
