      I've made this twice to great reviews. Used regular romaine shredded as baby romaine was not available. Use the best fresh blueberries you can find for ultimate results, and take off the heat promptly. The second time I cooked the blueberries a tad too long and they started to fall apart. The flavor combination with the tarragon dressing, pickled blueberries, and a bit of Manchego cheese is delightful.The leftover sauce from pickling the blueberries is good for flavoring sparkling water, on yogurt or ice cream, in other salad dressings. over chicken, etc.

      Outstanding summer soup. Made with farm market juicy ripe peaches and frozen marionberries (fresh not available), local raw natural honey. Beautiful color when served in crisp white bowls. Flavor is peach forward with just enough tart from the marionberries. A beautiful starter, but could be served as a dessert with simple crisp cookie.

      excellent dressing easy to make using frozen cranberries. Swapped cashews for the walnuts and goat cheese for the blue. Otherwise everything was the same as given Will make this often

      If you like blue cheese these savory appetizer cheese cakes (or post dinner cheese course) are not to be missed. Lovely with crackers or fall fruits (apples, pears, grapes).
