      The pancakes themselves are light but they’re not sweet. With the addition of the blueberries and banana slices, they’re more than acceptable. Although we like other pancakes better, this recipe is a good way to use up bananas before they turn too ripe.

      The flavour of this ravioli was divine, but the texture felt a bit too processed. Next time, will mash the ingredients together by hand.

      I made my own marinara sauce for this. The whole recipe was so more-ish and good. I served it with fregola, which was the perfect match.

  • Mustard-glazed black cod with fingerlings and chive puree

      I expected bold flavors from the olives and Dijon mustard, but the cod was fairly bland. The puree punched up the color; I augmented the flavor with garlic.
