      I'm not sure how they expect dried lasagne sheets to soften sufficiently in this recipe... the pumpkin, tomato, ricotta & feta filling is in no way "moist" enough. Next time I'll either use fresh lasagne or cook the pasta first. The flavour was nice enough, but texture disappointed.
