• Cold peanut noodles with shrimp

    I used 1 T of Chile paste with garlic, 1 T of ginger, and added 2 thinly sliced Thai peppers. It was really good! Definitely worth a repeat!

• Sour beans with minced pork

    I used 2 t crushed red pepper and added 3 thinly sliced Thai peppers. I used brown rice made in a rice cooker. I liked it quite a bit.

• Rosemary lemon drop

    I accidentally reversed the quantities of sugar and water, so my syrup was lighter and there was more of it. I made individual drinks using 2 parts vodka (I used citrus vodka), 1 part lemon juice, 1 part syrup. The drinks were nicely sweet-tart.

• Brined pork loin with brown sugar-bourbon glaze

    I omitted the bourbon. It was quite good.

• Israeli cauliflower with panko

    Quick and easy. Pretty decent but probably not worth a repeat.
