      We all enjoyed this minestrone. The recipe worked well as written. It is heavy on tomato, and my personal preference is for a clearer broth.

      Delicious. I had to cook the chicken for much longer than stated in the recipe. I ended up braising the chicken on the stovetop for at least fifteen minutes after roasting it in the oven for the stated half hour.
