      Quick and easy dish to prepare. The sweet and sour of the pomegranate molasses cuts through the richness of the chicken liver really well. And the walnuts and pomegranates adds a really nice sweetness and texture to the dish. We loved it.

When Sophie Michell became a chef, her love affair with food meant her figure suffered from being able to cook and eat whatever she fancied. Realising that this was doing nothing for her health as a sufferer of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Sophie began to devise her own recipes, which combined the foodstuffs she loved while avoiding those that had made her tired and overweight. Breakfasting on Balinese coconut and banana pancakes, lunching on organic chicken stuffed with Dolcelatte and dining on spiced wild salmon with avocado, mango and chilli salsa, amongst a host of other stunning recipes, means that avoiding sugar or wheat is hardly a chore. Vegetable dishes and light snacks supplement the main meals. And because nobody can be good all the time, there is a tempting selection of sweet treats.
