    I was excited to try this salad, but found it to be a little plain. To be fair, I didn't have any watercress or lemon, although I did add some muscatel vinegar and increased the amount of feta cheese. Perhaps a little Aleppo pepper or sumac would be nice, or some crunchy pine nuts. And in future, I would always include the lemon.
