Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The lemon pith was not good eats and imparted its flavor all over the dish. I opted for 3 T of butter and serious doubt using the recommended 2/3 cup would improve this off flavor. Consider supreming the lemon prior to slicing.

    Absolutely delicious, even with only a fraction of the butter. Cries out for garlic, though.
