Singapore noodles from Asian After Work: Simple Food for Every Day by Adam Liaw

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This was my first time making Singapore noodles, so I may not be accustomed to the flavor profile of this dish and texture of thin rice noodle. While I used only 1 tablespoon of curry, it still came across as very curry-forward and not quite to my taste. Good option to balance the bold taste with cooling simple cucumber salad or for more protein, ginger sake steamed chicken next time. Photo added.

My recipe is a combination of recipes from Adam Liaw, Jamie Oliver and Donna Hay. It takes some time to make, definitely a weekend recipe. You need to allow the BBQ pork to marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight. It was very delicious!
