Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Outstanding recipe. I had worried that the tamarind and garlic would overpower the scallops- not at all, instead they compliment the delicate flavour of the scallops and bring out the best of it. I’ll make this again and again.

    This is a great appetizer: sweet with a hint of spice. I shared with an Indonesian friend, and we both loved it.

    Delicious, simple way to prepare scallops. Nice flavor that still allows the sweetness of the scallops to shine.
