    Rich and cheesy. Great for a winter night. Next time I'd add more mustard powder, and/or some Worcestershire.

    Delicious and easy. I didn’t change the recipe other than to cut the ingredients in half as the head of cauliflower I had was just 1 lb. It was a great side in place of a rice, pasta or potato. I’ll make again.

    This was good, and will make again. After adding the cheese and tasting, I about doubled the mustard, as it was too subtle for me. I topped with some buttered breadcrumbs mixed with garlic.
