    Dried beans need to soak overnight. Can use "Precooked white beans" on P34 for dried beans; fresh tomatoes for canned; celery with flat leaf parsley for wild celery; and crushed red pepper flakes for Maras pepper.

    A delicious Saturday afternoon cook on a very wet and windy day. Soup that just hit the spot. I used ordinary celery, and the parsley was an excellent addition. Also, I added some black pepper.
