    Pg 134 This is such a great recipe for using up veggies you might have at the bottom of the fridge as long as they aren't high starch to keep the calories down. Still at 176 cals a portion you can be generous with your bowlful! To add some protein you could add some cooked chickpeas or beans / lentils for a few more calories.
