Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I set about making this only to discover that I had no cannellini beans on hand, so ended up substituting chickpeas. This made the the spread into more of a non-traditional hummus, which was actually a refreshing change of pace from the usual. Next time, I hope to try it as written with cannellini.
