    Another great pasta dish from Lidia that hits all the right flavor notes. A little salty/smoky from the pancetta and cheese, a little spicy from the red pepper flakes, a little sweet from the mellow onions and mint. Easy and worth the little bit of time to peel the fresh fava beans, too.
