    I made this with only the rub and skipped bbq sauce except adding bourbon and stock per Kenji’s youtube for using the pulled pork for many other uses such as smashed tacos, with ragu pasta, formed sandwich, filling for stuffed vegetables, stir fried noodles, topping for ramen and chilled noodles, etc. Amazing results and taste. I could only get 2 1/2 lb pork butt so used two in my large Dutch oven following the timing. Super happy with the results and versatility. Great freezer treasures in portions. Many uses. So far used the portions for smashed tacos, ramen topping, and as sandwich filling using my own bottled bbq sauce.
