    This is really delicious. The spices and lime juice provide a brilliant contrast to the sweetness of the squash (I used a dumpling squash). I did reduce the honey, but liked the complexity that it added, so the sweetness of the dish was not one-note. I do wish the author had given a weight for the "small to medium pumpkin." I used a 1.75 pound squash and ended up with about double the amount of spice mix that I needed.
