Can substitute whole wheat flour mixed with unbleached all-purpose flour for chapati flour.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Curried eggplant rice (Baigan pulau); Chana dal purée with tender bottle gourd cubes (Louki chana dal); Curried cauliflower and potatoes (Gobhi aloo sabji); Cubed potatoes with fresh fenugreek (Khatte aloo methi); Panir cheese, summer squash and red bell peppers (Panir louki tarkari)
