Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Quick and very flavourful. I made the recipe as written except for substituting baby bok choy for zucchini (which I won't do again as it was very bitter cooked this way).

    Yum! I changed this up quite a bit (didn't use coconut milk and lime, subbed spinach for zucchini, and subbed tilapia for cod), and this still came out excellent. It's light, flavorful, but doesn't feel like health food. It's fun to try new combos of ingredients too and this is surprisingly hard to mess up.
