    Seems like a little much, but this is awesome, especially if you reduce the sauce and serve with a minuscule drizzle.

    While very flavourful, there was almost a little too much going on in the marinade.

    I made a 1/2 recipe (using fresh herbs) for a 30 oz flank steak which marinated all day. This has lots of ingredients but it hits all the flavour notes we like in a marinade and I will definitely use this one again.

    Tasty. I marinated my two 9 ounce ribeye steaks (Wegman’s organic brand) in half a marinade recipe for 8 hours, and stove top grilled them as instructed. They turned out juicy, tender, and full of flavor. I used a Le Creuset skinny stove top grill pan which worked well. This recipe is worth repeating.

    Flavorful marinade. Dried basil worked fine. Half the marinade was enough for 3 12-oz boneless rib-eye steaks. Grilling instructions were spot on for my steaks (about 3/4" thick), so I think larger bone-in steaks would turn out quite rare. My steaks weren't top quality and the marinade imparted a nice flavor.
