    It was a bit dry, wouldn’t include the walnuts next time. I think I’d need to adapt it a bit.

    Mixed feelings about this one, but will try again with some changes. I liked the flavours, orange zest, chipotle chilli flakes, garlic and walnuts (out of hazelnuts) but not the cavolo nero. Next time, I'd omit it and use chopped parsley instead. Also, I used tagliatelle (thinner than papardelle) but feel spaghetti would be better.

    I enjoyed this and found the combination of orange zest and hazelnuts delightful. Next time I will double the kale, parsley, hazelnuts, and garlic while keeping the pasta the same. This will be repeated for a quick vegetarian weeknight dinner.

    I should have read the unenthusiastic reviews here first! We found this disappointing: not more than the sum of its parts.
