    Trout and apple mustard were phenomenal together. Made 1 trout and half recipes of the slaw and apple mustard. Looking forward to the leftover mustard with other proteins. I was a little bit less enamored with the slaw, but I may have under seasoned. Served for thanksgiving for two along with a potato gratin and it made for a very festive meal.
