Rotisserie chicken pho (Phở gà quay) from The Pho Cookbook: Easy to Adventurous Recipes for Vietnam's Favorite Soup and Noodles (page 82) by Andrea Nguyen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Excellent chicken pho recipe. I used a rotisserie chicken from Costco which made this recipe fairly simple to pull together. This tasted like it came straight from a pho shop, and I will be making this again. Next time, I would skip the onion toppings and the egg since they didn't seem to add anything to the soup. I would also choose to add some bean sprouts. I also added fresh lime and jalapeno slices to mine that were not called for in the recipe.
