Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

The combination of the rice and chicken is really good. However, the cauliflower addition is NOT good unless you like practically raw cauliflower. Unless you love raw cauliflower, I'd recommend not including it. For the record, I used the make-ahead method of cooking everything the day before, and baked it for an hour the day of. One last thing: the yogurt sauce was delicious. Don't skip it.

Very nice meal. I prepared ahead and baked on a weeknight. Curry flavor very good but not too strong.DH loved it. My rice was still a little wet after baking the full time (don’t forget to stir halfway), which I think was because I covered the chicken during poaching so the liquid didn’t evaporate/reduce. Will make again. Used 2 cups riced cauliflower, which DH didn’t notice, next time use 3 cups.
