    This recipe was really delicious, They way to cook the dried Chinese mushrooms soaking followed by a long poach in flavorful liquid worked beautifully. I did not have Napa cabbage so I used green cabbage from the farmer’s market and it was great. Will make again. Next time with Napa cabbage.
