Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Hot and sassy cornbread

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This dish has been a long-standing family favorite for many years. The combination of the pork, sweet potatoes and black beans yields a hearty but not heavy stew. Then the addition of white wine, red wine vinegar, garlic, capers and cumin ensures that this is no every day boring stew. Add some fresh-baked cornbread and a salad for a great meal. This stew reheats really well the next day too.
