    What a beautiful way to showcase the garden. I used champagne vinegar, added chopped cucumber and made some lovely, crispy sumac spiced croutons that were delicious as they soaked up the vinaigrette. With a mix of red & yellow cherry tomatoes, we both loved this beside grilled steak.

    Nice salad, refreshing flavor. The first time I made it, I used feta and thought there was more than needed and the pieces could be smaller. The second time I used fresh goat cheese (Andante's morning fog) with a milder flavor, cut smaller, which was really nice.
