Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is my favorite classic chicken wing recipe. Super easy and way better than most restaurants. I generously salt and pepper the wings before putting them on the gas grill until they reach 165F. Note: I've tried baking these and the chicken skin doesn't turn out right - I do not recommend it. I omit the vinegar from the buffalo sauce recipe as I use Crystal wing sauce, which already has quite a bit of vinegar flavor.
