Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Fried cornmeal with parsley (Milho frito); Café-style steak (Bife à café); Quick-fried beef with pickles (Pica pau); Shrimp and shellfish rice (Arroz de marisco); Clams with chouriço, garlic and cilantro (Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato com chouriço); Beef skewers with chouriço and bay leaves (Espetadas de carne com chouriço e louro); Steak sandwich (Prego); Eggplant and zucchini piso rolls (Sandes de beringela e courgette com piso)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
